M1 macbook 8gb vs MacBook pro 2019 16gb

I'm browsing through reselling apps and I only have a budget of 450 dollars. I'm starting college soon as a communications major (pr and adversting) and I am required to use photoshop, illustrator, and indesign. I'm aware of the requirements to use these apps, however I'm not too sure of which is the right choice. I found mostly these two kinds of MacBooks in my budget. I'd love to hear your advice and recommendations! Please help lol
