Why is my Apple Cash Card permanently restricted
Since November 2023 my Apple Cash was restricted. They ask me to verify my identity and comes back saying they cannot verify my identity. Although everything is correct.

Why is positive ID required?
The Patriot Act requires that lenders, banks etc obtain a confirmed ID.
“To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
