Is there a way to transfer playlists from iPhone to Mac Apple Music?

So, I have 2 iphones, both sync with playlist from Mac.

I deleted the playlists and songs on 1st phone manually on my phone (the album artwork has been a mess, I know it's not that important), and then when I connect my phone and resync the playlist with with mac, suddenly all the playlist on my mac also gone.

But I still have the playlist on my 2nd iphone, but I don't know how to sync this playlist to my 1st iphone and mac. And when I open the menu to sync my phone on finder, the playlist is also empty, although I still have the playlists on my phone.

TIA

iPhone SE, iOS 15

See Empty/corrupt iTunes/Music library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community. Perhaps you have a backup of the library in Time Machine or the Previous Music Libraries folder that will contain the lists that you inadvertently removed. Failing that a brief subscription to Apple Music, initiated on the phone that still has your lists, might be the way to go.
