Why i cant update my phone to version 15?

If you're referring to an iPhone 6 Plus or below, because it's not compatible with that OS. Otherwise, describe what happens when you try updating it.

If you're on an unit capable of 16 or 17 and you're trying to install exactly 15, because Apple stopped signing it. There is no solution in this case.
