Thunderbolt Display has no sound, brightness control or USB power while connected to ARM Mac

I have MacBook Pro 16 2021 with M1 Pro and its connected through original Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter to Apple Thunderbolt Display and the display isn't appearing in sound settings, there's no brightness control, it's not provide any power through USB. I tried it with MacBook Pro 13 2015 with Catalina installed and everything works perfectly. I also tried different versions of macOS on ARM Mac, started with Monterey 12.0.1, then 12.7, also tried Sonoma 14.3 the problem is the same.
