I asked for a refund and it’s written on the website that I got a refund, but I didn’t. And in Wallet it shows that I got “+9,99€” but I checked my bank account and there’s nothing. I’m really confused and I need my money back🙏🏼

That doesn’t help, is your bank showing the refund? Have you called the bank about the refund? If so, what did they say? Transactions shown in Apple Wallet is information the bank shares with Apple and is displayed in the Wallet app.
How does your refund involve Apple? Did you purchase something from Apple? Are they the merchant? Refunds go directly from the merchant’s bank to the bank that issued the credit or debit card you used for the transaction.
I got a free trial from Apple TV and forgot to cancel it. I just don’t understand why does it show that I got refunded in Wallet and there’s nothing on my bank account
Where does it show in Apple Wallet? Are you looking at Apple’s website?
