I cannot sign into my iCloud account

To sign out of iCloud on your device, go to Settings, tap your name, scroll to the bottom and Sign out. If the option to Sign out is grayed, make sure you don’t have Content Restrictions prohibiting you from signing out. To ensure that, go to Settings, Screen Time, Content and Privacy Restrictions, and make sure no options are turned to Don’t allow.

If you can't do something then always tell us what is happening when you try to make you think you cannot. We need information from you if you want assistance. Simply saying, "My car won't start," is not the same as saying, "I took the engine out of my car and now it won't start." ;-)
