How to remove "Allow this device to access photos and videos" notice on Windows/PC

I saw this question but I cannot reply.

To resolve this you can open Device Manager and search for Portable Devices/Apple iPhone. And then disable this device.

Iphone will still charge, but pop-up won't come again.

How do I stop Photos from opening when I plug in my phone? Every time that I plug my iphone into my macbook (to charge the phone) the photos app on my macbook opens. I want to stop this. iPhone SE is running iOS 17.3.1 MacBook Pro is running Ventura 13.6.3 Thanks, Matt

Hidden photos are displayed on the computer Hi all, I use USB cable to connect my iphone15(iOS 18.1) and computer(ThinkPad Win10), copy all of photos from iphone to computer, but I saw all of my hidden photos show up on computer, I think hidden photos should not be shown on any device unless I actively unhide them and copy them. So please reproduce this issue and fix it, this is a huge bug.
