How do I stop "Apple ID Suggestions"?

Apple id keeps adding suggestions eg set up face id. I do not tant to activate these but cannot get rid of the notifications.

App Store Face ID When I open the App Store to download an app I get asked for my Apple ID password. Generally these “suggestions” will go away permanently if you simply start to follow the suggestion …

… and then cancel the particular feature’s setup before it’s finished.
