how do i make slomo footage look smooth when playing at normal speed?

I have footage shot on Sony slomo, I believe at 100fps, but I want to play it back at real time, 25fps. Is there a tool I can use to make the footage look smoother, as if it was shot at 25, so doesn’t have that crispy, choppy, jittery look of a high frame rate?

thanks

As a test, drop the clip to the timeline, then adjust the speed of the clip to something like 99% or 101% to force FCP to slightly speed up or slow down the clip. Choose Clip Video Quality of Better (Optical Flow) and then render the clip.

If you have the option, time and disc space, you could try out a setting of Best (Machine Learning).

After you have rendered the rate changed clip on the timeline - see if the clip appearance and apparent smoothness is improved.
