I plugged my iPhone 13 Pro to a car charger and now the screen turned pink

I'm not sure how using a car charger could do that, unless the charger was defective. Or unless you exposed the phone to excessive heat and the fact that that phone was being charged was incidental.

You may want to schedule an appointment with Apple or an Authorized Apple Service provider to have the phone examined. They'd be better able to diagnose what's wrong and how much it might cost to fix it.
