If you’re getting a message that you have an unsupported SIM, that means that the phone is carrier locked to a cellular provider other than the one you are trying to use.


Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it for use on other carriers. you will have to contact them.

If you don’t know who that is, ask whoever you got the phone from.
