Email issue

My iCloud is signed in with my email but the App Store wants a whole different iCloud email password that doesn’t exist on my phone at all and I can’t recover the password because it wants to send something to the email I don’t have and now I can’t update my apps or get any apps.

Update: If this ever happens to you. All you have to do is delete the app and redownload it. I called apple support and it was just a simple fix. I guess when I got this phone I currently have I used the email that doesn’t exist on my phone anymore and didn’t download them with the new email.

It sounds like there are two Apple IDs involved here. That is equivalent to having two different people involved. The second person does not own the first person’s possessions and cannot access them.

You may acquire apps using your new Apple ID. Hopefully your device is completely purged of all previous Apple ID’s material. If the device is an iPhone, here’s how to do that.
