Can’t hear iPhone caller unless on speakerphone
Caller hear me but I can’t hear them. When put on speaker or Bluetooth in the car, I can hear them perfectly. iPhone updated to IOS 17.6.1

It sounds like your earpiece speaker might have gone bad.
To further confirm this, put on some music or a video and put the phone up to your ear as if you were taking a phone call. See if sound is still only coming out of the bottom speaker during playback.
