That’s the ticket issuer’s error message. Not Apple. Are you using their mobile app or secure website?
So, how are you trying to add them? Tickets are added by using the ticket issuer’s mobile app or after logging in to your account on the issuer’s website.
Their response was that I should contact Apple
The tix were emailed to me by the facility
