You would only get a receipt from Apple if you made the purchase through Apple, e.g. from an in-app purchase.

The invoice would be send by email, to email address of your Apple ID account. You may also review the history of purchases made through your Apple ID. View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you subscribed or made a purchase in any other way, then Apple wouldn’t know about that.

Your screenshot statement looks a bit different from what I would expect from true charges of services through Apple. True charges would list as “Apple.com/bill”, not ‘Apple Services’, not with the unusual email address billdeskpg.appleservices@hd… That is not how Apple does that.
