Why cant i use hotspot with my physical sim card, but can use with esim? It disappears when I use the physical one for cellular data. What should i do?

Since the Hotspot feature is controlled totally by your carrier, contact them to ask them about this.
They are likely going to tell you that it is going to be one or the other, not both at the same time.

Contact your carrier for the physical SIM. Make sure a hotspot is included in your plan
