What does the 1-year limited warranty cover for MacBook Pro batteries?

My MacBook Pro's maximum battery capacity is at 88% with 39 cycles .I'm using it since January 2024 and I mostly use it by charging . Can I get battery replacement if it drops by 80% within 1 year , Is it covered in the 1year limited warranty program.

Apple's warranty replacement policy for batteries has been that, if the battery in a DEVICE STILL COVERED BY AN APPLE WARRANTY shows less than 80% health at less than 1000 cycles, they MAY elect to replace the battery under warranty at no cost to the user.

However, that may have changed and Apple won't see your question here. You need to have Apple evaluate.
