My Apple Pay is not working today to purchase items and theirs money in my Apple Pay

Please Note, Apple Pay does not itself hold any money, its not an account, its a payment conduit only. There cannot be money in your Apple Pay.

Apple Cash (If you are in the US) is a debit card and can hold money and can be used as the selected payment method when engaging Apple Pay in stores.

Is that what you mean?

All Apple Pay Systems are currently operating normally as of this post. I suspect it’s merchant related, meaning their systems or their credit card processor systems.
