I have gone into setting..nothing works.. Can't receive important calls! I need help. My focus is on and stuck. Even though every indication says it should be off. Do I need to call my service providers? Or Apple directly?

Up the left side on your iPhone there it’s a little switch move it to the front and that turn off silent mode and with the side volume buttons you can increase of lower the volume if the buttons are enable it in iPhone settings/sounds and vibrations
