Reset and Delete files on an older iMac

I have an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), running the macOS Big Sur Version 11.7.10. I would like to delete all my personal files and apps so that I can give it to someone else. Can you point me to a doc that would help me do this?
