You are receiving these unwanted notifications because you have granted a website or app permission to send notifications. This is not real, Apple would never notify you saying “Your iCloud is being hacked”, that would be the worst way Apple would ever tell you your iCloud is being hacked. Instead, they may send you an email saying someone has logged in to your iCloud.
