Never Authorized an account, but says I have

I n\have never authorized a computer for Apple Music before, but when I try to authorize my Mac it says I have the max of 5. what can I do?

Then presumably you've previously authorised computers for iTunes. It is the same list/limit. See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community to clear out what you don't use.
