I have an app "spongebob" in the settings of my iPhone but it doesn't exist in the App store or the iPhone

when looking through my apps on my settings i had an app just call "spongebob" but it doesn't exist in the app store and i can't find it on my phone. i'm confused on what happened since i don't remember downloading anything like that ever. it also doesn't have any settings if i look at it in my settings.
