Is it possible to add a personal photo from photos on the Apple Watch clock face?

Yes, it is possible. There is an actual watch face called Photos. I like to use that watch face once in a while. To add your personal photos,
- In the iPhone Photos app, create an album with the photos you wish to display.
- Then open the Watch app on your iPhone and add that clock face to your Apple Watch,
- Next, edit the watch face, selecting the album of photos you've selected.
