I recently got a brand new iPhone 15. I don’t hear very well and need to have the LED flash when using the iPhone alarm. (Ha! No need to wake up the whole house when I need to get up and out early.)
Setting the LED to flash on alerts DOES NOT work!! Is this a bug with the iPhone 15?

The LED flash setting is for alerts, not for alarms.
You may want to check to see if there are apps in the App Store that will flash the screen when the alarm goes off.
Or, if it's in your budget, get an Apple Watch. The watch will provide you with haptic feedback on your wrist for alarms (and alerts).
