I am having multiple issues with my iPhone

First, contacts are disappearing. A friend who I text multiple times a week texted me and instead of his name (which is in my contacts), it said it might be him. I looked at contacts and he was gone. When I tried to add him again, it wouldn't save. It isn't just him - there are at least 8-10 text messages on my phone that don't show the person's name.

Second, appointments are disappearing off my calendar - at least four that I have noticed so far.

Third, Siri has turned stupid. I ask her to "shuffle Bob Dylan" or "play Bob Dylan" and I get two songs out of the 20 or so on my phone.

Finally, I had a group text going with around 10 people - I could only see responses from some of the people on the text. I know that they posted because they texted me privately when I didn't respond to the group.

This all started a week ago - right after the latest update.

Thank you but none of that helped and after I did this step -

How to put your iPhone in diagnostics mode - Apple Support - I was stuck at a screen that says How Can We Help You? Get support and repair for your Apple products. Visit www.apple.com/support.

The only option I am given is to Exit, which warns that "This will end your diagnostic session with Apple Support". As far as I can tell, nothing was being diagnosed.
