iLife Support 9.0.4 update - how do I completely uninstall this software?

I have a MacBook Air (Mid 2012) running on macOS Catalina (a very old model, but still working fine!) and I am wondering why I keep getting this software update from iLife Support, see screenshots attached.

I don't have any iLife Media Browser files on my laptop and, as you can guess, it is extremely annoying to get these pop-ups all the time. Can I delete iLife support from my Mac? If you have any idea how to solve this, I would be so grateful!
