It is not possible to arrange the albums automatically in an alphabetic order. You can only rearrange them manually by dragging them into the order you want.

- Open the Photos app
on your iPhone. - Tap Albums, then tap See All.
- Tap Edit, then do any of the following:
- Rearrange: Touch and hold the album’s thumbnail, then drag it to a new location.
- Delete: Tap

- Tap Done.
Albums that Photos creates for you, such as Recents, People, and Places, can’t be deleted.
It is much easier to organize the albums, if you are grouping related albums together in a folder and keep the number of albums in each folder small, so can see the album you want at a glance and do not need to scroll.
But you have to create the albums directly in the folder where you want them to be. It is not possible to move existing albums into a folder.
