Why is my text notifications icon reversed?

My test notifications seem to be reversed. Slashed bell means I get an audible. Have just updated new iOS

Change default notification sounds The latest iOS update changed the default sound for notifications in my apps. It used to be the tritone, and now it sounds like a little pop that I have trouble hearing. How can we change it back? (I'm not referring to text message notifications.)

Text notification sound not working on iPhone after update All of the notification settings are set for a sound notification. All are working except when a text message comes in. Hello!

Please restart your iPhone and see if that won't fix the issue. If the issue persists, try a forced restart.

No that icon means hide alerts and you shouldn't get audio notification.
