transfer iTunes Music library from 2008 MacBook (El Capitan 10.11.6) to 2019 MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.5)

My 2008 MacBook has a disc burner (where I digitize my CDs) but the 2019 Pro doesn’t. I’d like to transfer my iTunes 12.8.2.3 Music library from old to new computer... and eventually to my iphone 14 (the old 2008 macbook won’t recognize the iphone 14 as a device, apple disabled? iTunes version too old?)... I can’t do a direct transfer to my mobile

Also, would like to get hold of an Apple USB SuperDrive, ?the best for iTunes Music transfes
