How can I unlock my iPad with my iPhone having same Apple ID?

How can I unlock it with my iPhone, to unlock my iPad which have the same iCloud account

If you forgot the Passcode on your iPad, it will need to be wiped of all data, then you can restore it from any backup you have, as long as you had one. Unlocking the iPad from another device is not possible and would be a huge security failure. Each device is protected with their own Passcode that is not linked to your Apple ID in case that had been compromised.
