Volume Control

Recently I can’t operate my volume from my Apple TV remote. I have gone into Volume Control and tried to adjust. The volume will only operate through my TV remote and the annoying volume bar stays on my TV screen. I do not have an option on my menu to make it invisible. I have included photos of screens and options. Please help. See under Volume control it says Auto Off I cannot change this either.

My apple tv remote doesn't turn on the TV anymore It used to but it doesn't anymore. I can still use the remote to navigate through the menu, but to turn the TV on and off and adjust the volume, I have to use my TV remote and I have no idea why. Yes, in System Settings, 'Turn On Your TV with Your Remote' is On and 'Volume Control' is set to Auto. Model is A2737 (64 GB).

Help! My Apple Remote automatically turns power of sound system all the way up when you just pick up or touch the Apple TV remote, this is causing much harm to my system Help! My Apple TV remote has gone crazy. It zooms the volume of my sound system to the max whenever I pickup or even touch my Apple TV remote. The only way to turn my system volume down is with my A/V receiver remote. What can I do?

Try restarting your Siri Remote.

hold the TV button and the - (volume down) button at the same time for at least 5 seconds
