Do I need to purchase a Thunderbolt cable?

I live in a rural community, not close to an Apple Store. I just purchased the Mac Studio online yesterday. I am also purchasing the Studio Display. It shows my Mac Studio only coming with a regular plug. Do I need to purchase a Thunderbolt 4 cable so I can hook these together? If I need one, I’d like to purchase so I have it when my items arrive from Apple and not have to wait a week. I see some articles saying just hook up the supplied Thunderbolt cable, but they don’t say supplied with what? I do not see a Thunderbolt cable shown as coming with either item so I am confused.

To set up and use the Apple Studio Display, you indeed are right! You will need a Thunderbolt Cable. Apple says plug the included Thunderbolt cable into the Thunderbolt port on your display and to a Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or USB-C port on your Mac or iPad.

Here’s a good thunderbolt Cable I found for you: Thunderbolt 4 (USB‑C) Pro Cable - Apple
