Have you shutdown and restarted more than once since you updated 14.6.1

A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies


Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.


Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

There are at least a couple of threads about this issue:

But unfortuantely there doesn't to be consistent resolution for people. Some says 14.6.1 fixed the issue for them but not others (me included). Anecdotally, the issue seems to mainly affect Macs that are managed via MDM.
