My Mac keyboard simples placement is incorrect

Go to system settings / keyboard / text input / edit / input sources and make sure there is only one item on the list, and that the name of that item is Italian. Remove everything else .

Please tell us exactly what you now have on the list in system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > input sources. A screen shot would be really helpful.

Also tell us what happens when you press Shift 0 on your Italian keyboard. Also give some examples of keys where the output on the screen does not match what is printed on them.
