Purchased 4 air tags and the first 3 connected to the iPhone 13 without issue. This 4th one will not connect. I have tried ALL the Apple suggestions including a new battery but no luck. NOW WHAT?

AFAIK, Apple does not offer an AirTag warranty replacement by mail. However, I suggest you contact them directly and ask. To do so, simply select the "Suipport" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.
Return it to Apple.
Okay, the issue is we live in the country and the Apple store is 2 hr away. Any chance they would replace if I sent it to them? Thanks, Bill
