Why have I been charged for Mobile suica apple yet I have not subscribed to it?

Although I do not have a subscription, mobile suice apple charged me 3 times

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17

Your credit or debit card is probably compromised. The fraudster may have added the card to their Wallet or is just using the data (entering the account number, expiration date etc.). Please contact the bank that issued the payment method and report the fraud. Usually you can reach the banks’s fraud department by calling the number printed on the back of the card. You may also want to report the fraud to your local police department>
