My 11 pro max first (right) speaker is not working.
Even when I’m playing music or video, the sound come from the speaker at the top only.
It is the only speaker that’s working. But the bottom left own is not.

Try this:
Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Balance and make sure the slider is in the middle at 0.00
Also note, you suggest the bottom left speaker doesn't work. The bottom left is NOT a speaker. It is your microphone for phone calls.

Then you may need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and let Apple test it.
