Wondering which account is under review:

Eg: For the App Store:

To review any recent purchases in the App Store or iTunes Store

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

OR

To log-in online and check all is in order with your Apple ID Account:

OR

You might want to reach out to the App Store Support Team:

Other things you might want to check:

Check you are signed in (to your Mac) with the Apple ID you use for the app store:

Eg: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

When you are signed in, you would generally be able to use the App Store.
