Everytime I share my screen it disconnects automatically

Hey, so every-time I get a notification that my cousin is trying to view my screen it stays for 5 seconds and disconnects. I would like to if there is a way for it to fixed.

I have already reseted the computer, updated the computer but nothing has worked.
