Setting up Apple Watch for child with different provider

Hello,

I’m trying to set up the Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen cellular for my son using a different provider since the one I use isn’t supported. Unfortunately the first time I attempted to set it up, I don’t remember but I possibly selected the set up cellular option, instead of Not Now. I’ve reset it to factory settings and have tried to set it up multiple times, but I’m not getting the “Not Now” option anymore.

what can I do to resolve this issue?

Seems like you are trying to set it up as if it were your own watch. To set it up for someone else, you need to use family setup. Then you can specify the alternate mobile service plan.

Not all carriers support Apple Watch. Your next series of calls will be to the carriers involved. Apple Support is another phone call after the two carriers. If you’re in the US please call 1-800-MY-APPLE or outside the US, consult the support article below.
