Why is Apple charging me for a free previously download app with no warning of the charges?

I downloaded the game Match Factory for free. There is no information in the game description or warning of charges on the app, but I received a charge for over $100 for playing the game. Shouldn't we be told before we are charged?

I feel deceived by Apple.

Before we jump to conclusions and blame Apple, let’s dispute this charge of yours. Sign into reportaproblem.apple.com and select I’d like to request a refund. Choose the reason of this refund and wait 24-48 hours for Apple to process it.

Apple does check every single app onto the App Store, so there shouldn’t be anything shady going on, maybe just an unnoticed in-app purchase you made.
