Is there a way to use my iPhone 14 mic while using AirPods Pro to hear, on calls?

Everytime i’m on the phone with my airpods in my friends say that it sounds like im underwater even though the airpods are new , so to fix this problem i wanted to know if there was a way i could switch my microphone to my built in microphone on my iphone 14 without having to screenshare
