What do I benefit from the points I collect?

In the Apple Support Community, there is no benefit for points, just satisfaction of helping others. The points system is as some call it, pointless. By helping others and providing your helpful insights in the Community, you will be upvoted and rewarded points. The more points you have, the more experience and insightful knowledge you have supporting others.
