Billing problem

Hi, I recently made a purchase and the money was taken out of my account, but it now says that I “owe” the money. What can I do? I used a gift card and am unable to add any money onto it / refund since it still says that it is pending.

Rid of "Pending":

You need to wait it out. When "Pending" goes away, it would be back. Refunds can take unto 30 days, like it or not.

Being scams is of big concern here, (A.)verify your devices, and (B.)Modify your credentials:


A. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support


B. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.
