Those ads are not provided to you by Apple, and it is the game developer that is getting paid for the ads. The best way to block the ad is to quit playing the game, or purchase the ad free option if it has one. Either one of those will solve your problem in the quickest way possible.

As for reporting you have a couple of options, but none will resolve the issue quickly:

• Use the Report a problem link and choose the option to "Report Inappropriate, Illegal or Offensive Content"

• Contact the Developer since they are getting paid to run the ads
• Post a review for the app in the App Store. Many times developers are more responsive when a complaint can be viewed by others instead of a single email by you.
• Even though the ads are for another game, they are being brought to you by the current game you are playing and that is where you will need to take action.

Be aware that many free games, that use advertising, have a "paid" option that suppresses unwanted adverts. If applicable, you should find an in-App purchase option.
