app notification looks like its coming from a Heart shaped icon BUT is different from the heart app in the apple watch app menu. It is heart with a pulse thing across it ekg line then the critical COndition notification. We did not set anything up on that. Maybe its set up as a default and the limits are too low? Anyway scary alert notification

If you look in the Heart app (not Health app) you’ll have access to past ECGs and other settings and notifications.

iPhone > Watch app > My Watch (lower left corner) > Heart > view settings, past ECG, High & low heart rate
