In the Notes list within a Notes folder it will show the date a note was last updated. There is no record of when it was created.

lost note in note app I kept an important note in the notes app all year, adding details to it frequently. Most recently I added to it in October. However, the note has now disappeared from all of my devices. It's supposed to be on my phone, my i-pad and my lap top as well as the i-cloud, but now it's nowhere to be found. Disappearing notes in Apple Notes app I have very important notes in the Note application that I cannot do without. They disappeared once and I got them back through someone who posted them on a social networking site. Now I tried the method and did not benefit from it. This problem can cause very bad things and harm and cause problems. There may be elderly people who register in it and they disappear. Please, Apple Company, review the topic. You cannot see when it was created. You can see when it was last modified.
