Apple Music subscription takes more money than necessary

I have an Apple Music Individual subscription for $4.99, but for some reason every month I get charged two payments of $4.99 (total for the month is $9.98). Can someone tell me what this is and how to change it?

Apple Music is charging me more money than it should im am wondering why im am getting charge for alot of chargers on apple music when im on the plan for 10.99 a month and y'all taking way too much money out of my bank account?????? when i didnt change my plan at all im so disappointed because ive never had a problem with apple until now!!!! How can I stop Apple Music from charging me excessively and multiple times? Apple Music charges me way to much in a month. Will try and charge me multiple times in a month or even a day with sometimes all of them being $10 or more. I have had this problem for months now and about to cancel my subscription.
